2 Acceptance of Terms

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of c7777c services, including placing Bets and making deposits or withdrawals, you must register a verified Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one Account on the c7777c platform. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balance held therein.
• Accurate information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. c7777c is not liable for consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by the Player.
• KYC verification: c7777c may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a change in account information. c7777c reserves the right to decline any Account registration application without providing a reason. Registration does not constitute a binding obligation on c7777c to accept Bets from any Player.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your c7777c Account login credentials, including your username and password. c7777c will never contact you to request your password under any circumstances. Any communication purporting to be from c7777c requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to c7777c support immediately.

You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your c7777c Account and not reuse credentials from other websites or services.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify c7777c support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• Not share your Account credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

c7777c accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance instantaneously upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.

c7777c does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are your responsibility. You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you and that have not been obtained through any unlawful activity.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements. Verified Accounts may withdraw funds to bKash or Nagad within an average processing time of under five minutes, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year including all Bangladeshi public holidays.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Unverified Accounts may experience delays or temporary holds on withdrawals.
• c7777c reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Bonus Funds that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money Balance derived from satisfied wagering conditions is eligible for withdrawal.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

c7777c offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have registered a verified Account and, where specified, made a qualifying deposit within the promotional period.
• Each bonus carries a specific Wagering Requirement, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x), which must be met before Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable real-money Balance.
• Wagering must be completed within the time limit specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus Funds that have not been wagered within the specified period will expire and be removed from the Account.
• Minimum odds requirements may apply to sports betting wagering that contributes toward satisfying a Wagering Requirement. Bets placed at odds below the minimum threshold may not count toward the requirement.

8 Betting Rules

All sports betting and racing markets on c7777c are governed by the specific rules published for each sport and market type on the Platform. The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the Bet is confirmed. In-play odds are subject to real-time movement; the odds available when a Bet is placed are the odds at which the Bet is settled.
• c7777c reserves the right to void any Bet placed on a market where a material pricing error has occurred, where the outcome is already known at the time of placement, or where the Bet has been placed in a manner that exploits a technical fault.
• Minimum and maximum Bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of placement and may be adjusted by c7777c at any time without prior notice.
• Bets on cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). Suspended, abandoned, or reduced-overs matches are settled in accordance with the specific cricket rules published on the Platform.
• Multi-leg accumulator bets (as available via the Multi Bet section) require all selections to win for the accumulator to pay out. One or more voided selections will reduce the accumulator by the relevant leg; the remaining selections remain active.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a Bet, the decision of c7777c's trading team shall be final, subject to the formal dispute process described in Section 17.

9 Casino Games

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account, whether directly or through a nominee.

• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other manipulation of sporting events or casino game outcomes.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology designed to disguise your true geographic location, where such access is for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, abusing, threatening, or engaging in offensive conduct toward c7777c staff members or other Players through any communication channel.

11 Responsible Gaming

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, including scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any content, odds, or game outcome displayed on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data or Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• The conduct, content, or services of any third-party game provider, payment provider, or other third party whose services are accessible through or linked from the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury caused by c7777c's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

16 Termination

• Your Account activity is indicative of fraudulent conduct, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.

Upon termination of your Account, c7777c will process any verified real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds and any funds subject to an active investigation) to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of termination.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting c7777c support. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any verified Balance will be returned to your registered payment method upon closure.

17 Governing Law & Disputes
